Hootey, also known as Hootonium, is a former Vinesauce streamer, known for having been the oldest active streamer on the team. For this, his mascot is a wise owl. Along with playing a variety of games, Hootey also practices and performs speedruns, mainly of Super Punch-Out!!. Like Vinny and Joel, he can imitate a wide-range of voices.
Hootey was seen as a mentor to much of the Vinesauce crew, and helped created the Vinesauce is HOPE charity streams. He stepped down as a Vinesauce streamer in 2018 for a myriad of reasons, but still helps out with charity events.[1]
