Cheeseburger Freedom Man is a character by Joel based on the likeness of Hulk Hogan. He is the fictional 41st or 45th President of the United States. Though Joel did use the name in his playthrough of The Race For The White House before, Cheeseburger Freedom Man was introduced with his overtly patriotic appearance in The Political Machine 2016 stream.

Cheeseburger Freedom Man's eyes ironically resemble those of the 4th act of the stand of Johnny Joestar, Tusk, from Part 7 of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Steel Ball Run. The irony is that the main antagonist of Steel Ball Run is the fictional 23rd President of the United States, Funny Valentine.
